V.K.P Crackers ships from Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. Because fireworks are hazardous goods, they are shipped under special legal and safety rules. Please read this policy before you order.
1. Where We Ship
- We deliver only to locations where the sale, transport and use of fireworks is allowed by law.
- Some states, cities and districts restrict or ban fireworks, and we cannot ship there. If your address falls in a restricted area, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.
- We currently ship to most of the government approved fireworks sale states.
2. How We Ship
- We send parcels only through registered and legal transport service providers that are permitted to carry fireworks.
- Parcels are packed securely and labelled as required for the safe transport of explosives.
- Fireworks cannot go through regular courier or postal services, so delivery is usually to the transport provider's nearest office or [to your door / to your nearest transport office, confirmed at the time of order].
3. Order Processing Time
- After your order is confirmed, we pack and dispatch it within 2 to 5 working days.
- During peak Diwali season, processing may take longer because of high order volume. We will tell you if there is a delay.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays [edit as needed].
4. Delivery Time
- Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the transport provider.
- These times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of weather, festival rush, strikes, government restrictions or checks by authorities.
- Please place your order well before your festival date. We recommend ordering at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead.
5. Shipping Charge
- Transport charges depend on the weight and volume of your parcel and your destination.
- Transport is generally paid to the transport provider or included in the order total, as shown on your order confirmation.
6. Tracking Your Parcel
When your parcel is dispatched, we will email you or message you the transport provider's name, the booking or LR (lorry receipt) number and a contact number, so that you can follow your parcel.
7. Receiving Your Parcel
- Please give a complete address and a working phone number. The transport provider will call you when the parcel arrives.
- A responsible adult should receive the parcel. You may be asked for an ID or a copy of your order confirmation.
- Check the parcel before accepting it. If it is damaged, opened or leaking, note it with the transport provider and contact us within 24 / 48 hours with photos or an unboxing video, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by a wrong or incomplete address, an unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel.
- In such cases, the transport provider may charge storage or return fees, and we may deduct these from any refund.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is lost or very delayed, contact us with your order number. We will follow up with the transport provider. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement (subject to stock) or refund the order value.
10. Legal Responsibility
- You are responsible for making sure that the purchase, receipt, storage and use of fireworks at your address is allowed by local law and by any licence or permission required in your area.
- We may refuse or cancel any shipment if it would break the law or put anyone's safety at risk.
