2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally allowed to buy and use fireworks in your area.
3. How Ordering Works
Add your crackers to the cart, log in as a customer and place your order. The minimum order value is ₹3,000. Payment is made through UPI. After your order is received, we will email you an order confirmation. Your order is final only once we confirm it.
4. Order Acceptance
We may accept, limit or cancel any order, for example if stock is unavailable, there is an error in price or product details, the delivery location is restricted by law, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, the amount will be refunded to the original UPI account.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Discounts and offers apply only for the period mentioned on the website. Please pay only to the UPI ID shown on our official website or in your order confirmation, and contact us if you are unsure.
6. Delivery
We send parcels through registered and legal transport service providers. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the transport provider, the location and the season. Some states and cities restrict or ban the sale or transport of fireworks, and we may not be able to deliver there. Transport charges, if any, will be shown before you pay.
7. Receiving Your Order
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged or the items are wrong, contact us within 24 / 48 hours with clear photos or an unboxing video and your order number.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because fireworks are hazardous goods, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered, except for items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, reported as described in section 7. Approved refunds will be made to the original UPI account within 5 to 7 working days.
9. Product Safety
All products comply with applicable fireworks safety regulations. Customers are responsible for using fireworks safely and in accordance with local laws.
10. Storage and Use
Read and follow the instructions on each product. Keep fireworks away from children, heat, open flames and moisture. Use them only outdoors, in open areas, and with adult supervision.
11. Product Information
We try to show accurate descriptions, images and prices, but colours, effects and packaging may differ slightly from what is shown. Product photos are for illustration.
12. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give correct name, phone, email and address details, because we use them to confirm and deliver your order.
13. Privacy
We collect your name, contact details and address only to process orders, deliver parcels and contact you about your order. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with delivery and payment providers only as needed to complete your order.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, V.K.P Crackers is not liable for any injury, loss or damage that results from misuse of the products, from not following safety instructions, or from delays caused by transport providers, weather or government restrictions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
